Biographies
My father; Scott Emmett Alyre DeCourcey was born on January 17th, 1970 in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown. He is currently fourty-five years old. He grew up on a small farm on Milburn Road in Morell Prince Edward Island. When he met my mother he then moved out, but he didn't get too far, he ended up moving next door to them. He then got a job at a potatoe warehouse on Bangor road called the Compton Brothers, he is still working there up to this day. He grew up fixing cars, and building things around the farm, his favortie thing was to hunt, and he still hunts. He went to Morell Regional High School but dropped out in grade nine.
My mother; Jennifer Denise Duncan was born on March 29th, 1975 in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown. She is currently thrity-nine years old. She grew up in many different houses all over Prince Edward Island with her mother Silvia Duncan. She ended up graduation from Morell Regional High School in the year 1998. She then went to school to become an License Practical Nurse, and is currently and has been working at the RiverView Manor in Montague since 2002. She enjoys snowshoeing in the winter, and she was an allstar in highschool for playing Volleyball and Softball.
In the year 1993, their first daughter was born at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown. They named her Brittany Dorthy Dawn DeCourcey. She is currently twenty-one years old. Brittany grew up hunting and learning about cars, became an allstar for Volleyball in High School and also played Rugby. She graduated in 2011 from Morell Regional High School. She is currently working at a potatoe warehouse of Green Meadow Farms, going back to school in the fall to get a degree in Perimedican.
Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles
My Grandfather; John Kenneth DeCourcey (Pa) born on July 16th, 1926 at home on Milburn Road in Morell where he grew up on his family farm with eight brohters and sisters. His father is Leo John DeCoursey and his mother is Elmira Sanderson.
My Grandmother; Mary Eleanor Gallant (Nannie) born on March 12th, 1928 in Summerside Prince Edward Island grew up in a few areas and ended up in Morell when she Married my Grandfather. Her Father's name is Gilbert Gallant and her mother's name is Mary Catherine Gallant
My fathers parents married in the year 1948 on June 21st at their Catholic Church in St. Peters by father Butler. They had fourteen children that they raised and two that are unknown. Their children are from oldest to youngest; John Kenneth Jr. born October 2nd, 1949, on Milburn road. Clarence James Leo September 26th, 1950, on Milburn road. David Gregory born on October 12th, 1952, on Milburn road. Pat Arnold born on January 11th, 1954, in Souris. Diane Marie Bernice born on June 22nd, 1955, in Souris. Claude Michael born on Febuary 17th, 1957 in Souris. Kevin Arthur Gilbert born on May 27th, 1958, In Charlottetown. Constance (Connie) Anna Elmira born on July 9th, 1960, in Charlottetown. Kenna Mary Suzanne born on August 9th, 1961, in Charlottetown. Janice Teresa Marie born on November 27th, 1962 in Charlottetown. Stephen Eric Gerard born on Febuary 28th, 1965 in Charlottetown. Shane Daniel Joseph born on January 3rd, 1967. Melessa Barbara Lynn born on August 31st, 1968 in Charlottetown and Scott Emmett Alyre born on January, 17th, 1970 in Charlottetown.
